Where is your fabric from?

Depending on the collection of pieces, our fabrics are printed and manufactured in North America or Europe. We believe in ethically sourced, handmade goods. Our cotton and satin fabrics drape effortlessly and glide smoothly through the hands. After months of testing and retesting and retesting again, we have landed on a handful of major and very trusted suppliers throughout Canada, The United States, and Europe. 

 

What are your scrunchies made of?

Instead of the standard elastic band, we use a spiral hair cord inside of each scrunchie. These spiral hair cords ensure longevity and elasticity. They provide a stronger hold to the hair and can stretch about three times its width. We've run many different tests to find the right type of elastic. After weeks, we landed on the spiral hair cord.

 

How long does it take to deliver a package?

Generally, it takes about 3 - 10 business days for items to be delivered within North America. Internationally, it can take up to 2 weeks to have the package be delivered. Due to the current circumstances and restrictions, sometimes packages take a bit longer.

 

What is your shipping policy?

All orders are shipped out on Mondays and Thursdays every week. We use 100% compostable packaging and local shipping suppliers. For orders with delivery addresses within Canada or The United States, we use Canada Post shipping services. For international deliveries, we use FedEx shipping services. 
With each order, you will receive a confirmation email once you complete the purchase and a shipping confirmation email once the item has been shipped. Each shipping confirmation email includes a tracking ID for your order. 
What is your return policy?
Since each item is handcrafted, there will be slight differences in each product purchased. For sanitary purposes, we do not offer returns or exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or want to switch it out with another, please email us at  crownandcollar@gmail.com. A member of our care team will get back to you within 24 hours.  
Can I make an exchange?
We are all human, and although we don't generally accept exchanges or returns, we do understand that it may be a possibility. If you're looking to exchange an item you've purchased, be sure to email us at crownandcollar@gmail.com.
